On behalf of Clinical Skills and Simulation Center, we are pleased to invite you to attend our “Basic Anesthesia Technicians / Technologist Simulation Course” This will take place on 6th February 2016 (Saturday) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at 4th Level, Clinical Skills & Simulation Center, King Abdulaziz University Hospital. Registration is open to all Technicians and Technologist.
This course aims to prepare practicing anesthesia technician to deal with routine & critical anesthetic situations in a realistic , challenging and safe learning experiences.
The objectives of this course are the following:
– Identify key components of the modern anesthesia machines.
– Assemble and disassemble various component of the machine and associated tools and equipment.
– Identify and fix Common Problems.
– Describe and correctly apply standards monitors under anesthesia (basic –advance).
– Explain the different types of Vascular Access.
