AGU’s 1^st International Diabetes Symposium will be held on March 2^nd & 3^rd, 2013 at Al Jawhara Centre

Keynote speakers from USA (Cleveland Clinic Foundation), UK and GCC countries will be presenting in this 2-day symposium and it’s targeted to Family physicians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, GPs, Cardiologists, Nephrologists, residents in training, medical students and other health care professionals involved in diabetes field from Bahrain, GCC and the region

Experts will be debating recent molecular & cellular advances in diabetes, novel therapeutic approaches in Type II Diabetes, implementation of recent diabetes practice guidelines in addition to practical approaches to managing diabetes complications. The event closes the professional gapamong physicians regionally and internationally and provides a platform to discuss diabetes issues unique to the Middle East
